Standard Shipping within the USA is $4.99. International orders are $8.99. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. You can view your exact shipping cost at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days. After dispatch, domestic US orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. International orders may take 3 or more weeks depending on the destination.
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. We serve customers across North America, Europe, and beyond. We also deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
We do not currently support delivery to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect VAT or customs fees at checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Email us at support@pdmelody.com with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defective item" along with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond with return instructions and the shipping address. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
